Carla's background includes a degree in Communications and a Master of Science in Global Strategic Communications and Mass Journalism. She has worked with school administrations at local, district, and county levels. Her passion to serve the community opened doors in radio, film, and television. She is also an award-winning television producer with experience leading operations and strategy for national and local partnerships. Her work includes developing marketing and partnership campaigns for high-profile films, radio, and television media productions. Her purpose and determination will always be to make a positive difference for all families and communities.
Some career highlights include speaking at women conferences, event development for national campaigns, supporting nonprofit organizations, and working with children and families through community outreach. She is a dynamic public speaker with the ability to reach multicultural audiences. She speaks from the heart, experience, and research. Some interesting facts include her love for the arts.
